My business perspective was shaped early in my career by a branding and marketing indoctrination in the technology sector. Straight out of college, I was accepted to take a sales and marketing position with Xerox. As part of the team, I experienced firsthand the power of branding and marketing during the rollout of the new the Xerox personal copier and plain paper fax machine. We ramped up consumer interest of what was then a radical new product and relied on Xerox's proven marketing techniques to drive small office sales. Those early lessons have never left me.

After a successful Xerox stint, I was recruited to join Best Buy which only had about 60 store locations at the time and its market presence was a sad second to Circuit City. Just five years later, Best Buy had grown to over 600 stores and dominated the retail technology market. Looking for the next challenge, I then joined with Cellular One where our team spearheaded the branding of the new cellular phone market in the American Midwest and Florida. While in Florida I was asked to head-up product marketing for a tech start-up that ultimately went public then collapsed. That experience ignited my passion for the stock market, but not as a typical investor. I witnessed what happened at the start-up and realized that many of the challenges that public companies face are the direct result of ineffective corporate branding and marketing. That epiphany was the origin of our formation.

In 2006, we launched our first website as well as our overall concept of integrating a technology-driven platform of brands and partners to help public companies achieve extraordinary brand recognition. In the space of just a few years, this concept has grown from merely an idea into a full-service platform with connections in all major industries. I've been blessed to have an amazing team of professionals surrounding me that have guided and assisted me in every step of our development. We all have the same objective and I rely on them every day to execute our mission to deliver our clients results that exceed their expectations. Our concept has come to fruition and now we're a driving force in the branding, marketing and advertising space. We're unlike anything you've ever seen before.

I am a husband to a wonderful woman that has taught me more than I could ever mention, father to two really awesome teens, loving dog owner to two vizsla's, saltwater aquarium enthusiast and having grown up in Knoxville, TN and attended the University of Tennessee, I am a rabid Vol for Life and obsessed with all UT sports.

I have been working in B2C management since 2016 climbing the ropes from store management, project management and operations management all while studying Psychology at the University of California, Riverside. After graduating with my bachelors in the midst of a global pandemic, I decided I wanted to explore other options and expand the fields of work I am used to and that's when I found InvestorBrandNetwork. I joined IBN as a Partner Support Specialist and have enjoyed my time jumping headfirst into this new endeavor and learning the ropes of everything the platform has to offer.

Mr. Frenkel conducts internal investigations for public and non-public companies and represents officers, directors and employees in internal investigations. Mr. Frenkel practices regularly before all offices of the SEC, the Department of Justice's Fraud Section, United States Attorneys' Offices throughout the country, FINRA, state securities regulators, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Mr. Frenkel frequently appears in national and local print and broadcast media commenting on white collar, securities and governance issues. IBN finds his media experience of particular value in managing the public policy and public relations aspects of legal matters.

I am licensed as an attorney as well as a Certified Public Accountant. I have been practicing corporate and securities law for 20+ years. I received his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1997 and received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. I was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997. I am a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association. I have a significant amount of experience preparing and receiving approving from the SEC for registration statements.

My focus of over the years is providing assistance with financing transactions, registration statements, mergers and acquisitions, uplisting to Nasdaq or NYSE, as well as other corporate securities matters and collections. I am excited to be working as General Counsel and assist in collections, if needed, with IBN.

My lifelong interest in writing started as a child with my first written report and in creating plays for me and the neighborhood kids to perform and charge our parents for tickets. The passion for the written word continued and, with a BA major in journalism, my first position out of college was as a technical proposal writer for IHS Engineering where I wrote solicited and unsolicited proposals to market the company's products and services. I also served a stint in mortgage banking, most notably as a product development manager for Lehman Brothers, where I was responsible for all product communications, flyers and web content to highlight the unique niches of various loan programs. I was pleased to join this multifaceted and talented group in the fall of 2017. From writing IR Kits and newsbreaks to supporting teams to collaborate on each campaign, I enjoy assisting IBN clients across a wide range of industries in building their unique brands and presence in the investment community.

I grew up in Alaska where I earned degrees in marketing and management. After graduation, I joined a large oil and gas company working in finance followed by a thirteen-year stint in state government affairs focusing on western states. I loved the challenge of forging relationships with various officials and community stakeholders, both pro-development and against, and the opportunity to shape legislation and regulations impacting the company through diligent teamwork and collaboration. Since joining IBN, I have had a wonderful opportunity to return to my marketing roots, combining my experience translating stories to the technology and finance driven engineers and accountants that dominate upper management with rigorous, thoughtful collaboration. When not working, depending on the season, I can be found playing golf or skiing with my husband and young son, cooking new recipes, or with my nose in a book and two tiny dogs on my lap.

After receiving my degree in Secondary English Education from Purdue University, I went on to teach high school English for over a decade, teaching Advanced Placement Composition students to hunt down every stray comma and know how to craft compelling writing. I spent three years in the United States Army as an ammunition stock control and accounting specialist. Once my tour was concluded I came back home to Omaha, Nebraska and worked in various positions doing a variety of jobs looking for the right fit for me. In 2008 I was recruited to be a collection specialist at West. I was trained and felt comfortable and relaxed in a position that was finally the right fit for me. I was moved from one portfolio project to the next and after 3 years finally landed working as a collection specialist with their sister company West Corporation. I stayed with West through different mergers, acquisitions and projects. I was finally working on a project for what was now called Intrado making collections efforts for their new portfolio for Nasdaq. This is where I was lucky enough to meet IBN. I worked diligently in my position as a collection specialist for years and then my position was eliminated. I advised Michael of my situation and he asked to join the IBN Team & the rest is history.

Shortly after college I took a position with a small retail brokerage firm. In building a book of retail customers I learned invaluable business and life lessons that serve me to this day. In addition to market knowledge, sales, hard work and perseverance, I learned the importance of building relationships and maintaining friendships. With continued education I acquired several professional licenses including Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and managed several branch offices. During 15 years in the brokerage business I was involved in a lot of IPO's and really enjoyed the excitement of helping promising companies come to market. My background and experience led me to several exciting places, including the opportunity to live overseas. Through a good friend from my early years in the industry, I was introduced to an intriguing opportunity with a software company, which launched my career in software sales. That's where I met Michael McCarthy, probably the most productive person I've ever known. They say multi-tasking is a fallacy, but anyone who has met Michael would believe otherwise. Fast forward 19+ years later, and here I am working with him once more. I'm excited to be involved again in the dynamic world of equities and look forward to building new long-lasting relationships and making new life-time friends.

In 2013, after a career working with some of the largest media buyers on Yahoo Finance, I saw a gap in the way that agencies and consulting firms supported small- and micro-cap companies.

I founded Omnicor Media as a one-stop investor and public relations solution, filling a need that was unaddressed by the competition. My first clients had outgrown the individuals handling their communications. I spent the first twenty years of my career in the Payment Systems Industry. Afterward, I decided to take my life in a new direction: business ownership. I had the pleasure of running two successful, private businesses, "Dutch's Water" and "Dutch's Golden Touch", which I developed and then later sold. Over the last ten years or so, I have been successfully involved in stock promotions, where I have helped many companies achieve greater exposure. I enjoy working with startup companies because I have an in-depth understanding of their pains and frustrations from my own business experience. Once we bring on a new client, I fully invest myself in helping them be successful, and I fully share in their progress or growth as if it were my own. On the sports side, I have been privileged to play all major sports. In the 1970s, I was part of a basketball team of last cuts from the NBA and ABA. Nowadays, my wife Patty and I have four terrific, grown-up children, Nikki, Den, Ashley, Trisha, and a great son-in-law, Todd. We all were born in the Chicago area (except for Todd), and to this day I am an unabashed Chicago Bears and Cubs fan.

My Investment Sales and Banking career started in New York City on Wall Street in the late '80s raising capital for small and midsize companies, both private and public, via private placements, IPOs, secondary offerings, and SPACs. My interest in technology lead me out west to San Francisco in the early '90s. My role was to create and manage offices first in San Francisco and then San Diego. We specialized in Public Venture Capital, raising capital from high net worth individuals via IPOs, secondary offerings, SPACs, and private placements for small and midcap companies.

After raising capital for a private aviation and software company I decided to join them to help create their sales and marketing efforts while launching their proprietary software. That experience lead me to join a technology start-up to head their sales effort while expanding their vertical sales channels.

A friend of mine introduced me to what InvestorBrandNetwork was doing. I immediately knew there was nothing out there like it, and I had to become part of it.
